As a Director of Programs at Contracting Resources Group, Roni is responsible for the execution of multiple projects and programs supporting the Military Health System (MHS) across numerous health administration and health solutions areas, including healthcare operations, communication planning, health policy and management, medical readiness, and health analytics.

Roni has 30 years of combined public sector project management experience and experience supporting the MHS with business strategy, program design and implementation, data analysis, quality management, and performance improvement. Additionally, she managed a team of specialized subject matter experts in providing healthcare business and medical readiness consulting across an array of programs – to include disability evaluation, referral management, patient administration, family readiness, and more. She was instrumental in leading a team providing program management and full lifecycle portfolio management for DHA’s Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) to improve individual medical readiness for all Reserve Component service members. In addition to her years of practical experience in the industry, Roni holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Saint Lea University.

Roni served in the Air Force (AF) as a Medical Service Corps Officer and was a Top Graduate of the AF Health Services Administration course. She has held leadership positions playing a critical role in managing one of the nation’s largest most diverse healthcare systems. Roni is a lifetime member of the USAF Medical Service Corps Association (MSCA) and Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). Roni is also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).
