Emilie Menefee is the Director of Operations and Program Strategy at Contracting Resources Group. She brings 16 years of experience delivering contracting support solutions for the Government industry and has built an exceptional reputation for building and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Emilie is responsible for managing all aspects of operations, delivery, and is our market leading strategist for the growth of programs, enterprise wide. She guides and mentors team members throughout the life of projects while implementing and iterating policies, standards, and regulations. Emilie fosters a culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership to and influencing change at all levels.
Emilie has a Master of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), and an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
