CRG Honored with Gold Hermes Creative Award for Storytelling in Print Media

Baltimore, MD – April 23, 2025 – Contracting Resources Group (CRG) has been honored with a Gold Hermes Creative Award for writing in print media, recognizing the team’s concept and authorship of the article, “Tripler Hospital on Pearl Harbor Day and the Nurses Who Answered the Call.”

The piece, developed in partnership with the Military Health System’s Communications and Public Affairs Division, became one of the most-read stories on Health.mil from April 2024 to April 2025. It honors the heroic actions of nurses at Tripler Army Hospital who responded on December 7, 1941, bringing history to life for modern audiences.

CRG’s team transformed audience insights into a strategic storytelling approach: crafting a compelling article, enhancing it with multimedia content, and delivering it across channels to reach the right audiences in the right places.

“The Hermes Creative Award recognizes more than a great article,” said Ronica Gruver, Director of Programs at CRG. “It speaks to the care and creativity behind our work, and the trust our customers place in us to tell their stories with care and clarity.”
