Template and Training Program

The GSA Schedules program can seem overwhelming at first.  With more than thirty GSA Schedules and hundreds of Special Item Numbers (SINs), just knowing which schedule is right for your company requires a comprehensive understanding of the GSA Schedules Program.  Once a company has identified the most appropriate schedule to pursue, navigating the proposal and submission requirements alone will demand hours of dedicated time. Contracting Resources Group has developed a Template and Training Program to address these issues for first time GSA Schedule proposal writers.

Instead of investing time into learning a complicated process that falls outside the scope of your company’s focus, CRG will navigate the process for you.  CRG will quickly identify the most appropriate GSA Schedule and SINs for the products and/or services that your company would like to offer.  Once the best approach is determined, CRG prepares a customized template for responding to the correct GSA Schedule Solicitation.  The template is delivered via email, and addresses every requirement for a complete and responsive GSA Schedule Proposal.

CRG’s GSA Schedule Templates have been developed based on industry experience.  CRG Senior Consultants are keenly aware of the information GSA wants to see and how they want to see it.  Every GSA Schedule Proposal Template will include three sections: Administrative, Technical, and Pricing.  Within these sections, a template contains:

• Official GSA Solicitation documents downloaded and reviewed from Fed Biz Opps with the requirements clearly identified
• Template for any proposal requirement that needs completing (i.e. Proposed GSA Schedule Pricing)
• Place holder with detailed instructions for proposal requirements that need to be included but do not need to be created for the proposal purposes (i.e. Financial Statements)
• Sample content to be used as a guide in completing templates
• General instructions for obtaining a Digital Certificate, which is required for use of the GSA eOffer System
• General instructions for using the GSA eOffer System

Once you have received the template, CRG hosts an orientation teleclass.  A Senior Consultant walks your company through the template, page by page, explaining the requirements and providing insider tips for preparing an outstanding and compliant GSA Schedule Proposal.
